You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies while aligning people strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative workplace.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support talent development through learning and growth programs.
- Implement and manage HR policies, processes, and systems across the organization.
- Champion a healthy and inclusive work environment that encourages employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Oversee the performance management process to foster continuous feedback and drive excellence.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to remain competitive and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR metrics to guide decisions and support leadership with data-driven insights.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits structures.
- Familiarity with HRMS and data analytics for decision support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
