Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to help us pave the path towards making YAZIO the go-to nutrition app globally. Your Mission

You will be at the forefront of the evolution of our product strategy:

• Leading the charge in diving deep into customer insights, app analytics, and the competitive landscape, ensuring every strategy is data-informed and impactful.
• Running experiments and A/B tests with precision, guiding us toward growth by enhancing user retention and engagement, and setting the stage for our app to lead in the market.
• Orchestrating a cohesive march forward with a cross-functional squad, including product managers, engineering managers, and design leads, and additional support from developers, data analysts, and localization experts. Your direction will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Creating and refining our product roadmap to position our app as a market leader and ensure it remains responsive to the evolving needs of our users.
• Establishing a collaborative relationship with the marketing team to align on strategic goals and turn vision into reality. This ensures that every campaign and initiative propels us toward our common objectives.
• Advocating for and adopting cutting-edge tools and methodologies that will elevate our operational efficiency and effectiveness. This, in turn, ensures that our team remains agile and our strategies remain impactful.

Your Profile

• You have a history of leading product development with a keen eye for detail and a robust analytical approach, guiding teams through discovery, research, and delivery.
• You are proficient in creating harmony within a diverse team, aligning everyone towards shared objectives with your adept stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• You adapt processes and workflows in an agile way, meeting evolving business needs with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• You have a forward-thinking mindset, are ready to contribute strategically to the scalability of the company, and are backed by experience in driving product initiatives from concept through to launch and iteration.
