Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

The Project OPS Coordinator is a pivotal force within Wrike's Customer Solutions Innovation division, blending strategic support with hands-on execution to drive operational excellence. This unique role combines administrative mastery with project management expertise, ensuring our leadership team operates at peak efficiency while innovative pilot programs move swiftly from ideation to completion. You'll serve as the vital bridge between strategy and tangible execution, creating compelling narratives for company-wide communications and driving cross-functional alignment across critical initiatives.

Your Impact:

Administrative Operational Excellence (50%)

  • Take ownership of All-Hands meeting content prep coordination, crafting compelling slide decks that transform complex strategies into clear narratives
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of quarterly leadership summits, managing agendas, facilitator support, and logistics
  • Provide high-velocity administrative support to CSI leadership, including ad-hoc reports, urgent communications, highly polished compelling slides for executive leadership, and critical follow-ups
  • Synthesize leadership discussions into actionable takeaways and maintain project health dashboards for early risk identification

Program Project Management (50%)

  • Drive execution of innovative pilot programs from inception to completion, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional teams (RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Product), ensuring engagement and clear communication
  • Utilize Wrike to create project plans, track progress, and maintain accountability across all initiatives; establish standard work management practices for your department using Wrike.
  • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks while providing transparent status updates to stakeholders and leadership

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, particularly pilot programs
  • Expert-level slide creation skills with ability to craft powerful, well-designed presentations
  • High proficiency with project management software (Wrike experience is a significant advantage)
  • Experience creating and maintaining project health reports and dashboards
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • B2B SaaS environment experience preferred

Standout Qualities:

  • The Intentional Driver: Intrinsically motivated to drive results, not just gather updates. You excel at building consensus and holding stakeholders accountable positively
  • The Flawless Storyteller: Passionate about executive-level polish, transforming complex information into visually compelling, error-free presentations
  • The Resourceful Switch-Hitter: Thrive in dynamic environments, seamlessly pivoting between structured execution and urgent administrative needs
  • The Data-Minded Collaborator: Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools (Tableau experience a plus), understanding that data drives decisions
  • Growth-Oriented Self-Starter: View ambiguity as opportunity, anticipating needs and driving impact without explicit direction

Team Dynamics:

You'll join the Customer Solutions Innovation department, working directly with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners across RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where innovation and operational excellence converge.

Our Work Style:

  • Remote position with up to 15% travel for team summits and events
  • Optional opportunities to connect with Costa Rica-based Wrike employees
  • Tech stack: Wrike (primary project management platform), Tableau for reporting and analytics
  • Fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with focus on continuous innovation
  • Blend of structured project management and agile administrative support
