WorkFusion is a world leader in process automation for banking, financial services, and insurance. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a bridge between our Global Support customers and our Production Support, Account Management and Product Development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing services role (consulting or account management) with issue resolution and escalation management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field
- Software industry experience a plus
- Functional domain expertise with Technical Support
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
