WorkFusion is a world leader in process automation for banking, financial services, and insurance. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a bridge between our Global Support customers and our Production Support, Account Management and Product Development teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing services role (consulting or account management) with issue resolution and escalation management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field
  • Software industry experience a plus
  • Functional domain expertise with Technical Support
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
