The Talent Coordinator (TC)is responsible foronboarding, coaching, and supporting WBN Certified Professionals (CPs) to maximize their effectiveness and job satisfaction. You willidentifyand resolve issuesearly,andcollaborate closely with WBN Talent Partners to align talent success with client goals.
The salary for this role is$1300/month.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Engagement:Facilitatesmooth onboarding for new CPs including orientationand client introductions.
  • Coaching & Development:Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions to assess and improve CP performance, communication, and career growth.CollaboratewithL&Dtoaddressskill gaps.
  • Red Flag Identification & Issue Resolution:Monitor CP-client health metrics and feedback to detect issues early; investigate concerns; implementtimelysolutions to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Offboarding:Manage structured offboarding processes and document insights to inform retention strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication:Maintainthorough documentation in HubSpot, provide reports on CP performance and trends, and work closely with Talent Partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, coaching, or related roles.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Proficiencyin HubSpot, Microsoft Teams/Elements, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
  • Proactive and accountable mindset with an AI-first orientation to improve processes.
  • Proficient English communication skills (C1 or C2 level).

Preferred(Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience working remotely with a conducive work-from-home environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Completion rate of Success Talks and coaching sessions

  • Number and resolution rate of Red Flag cases
  • Quality and consistency of HubSpot documentation
Technical Requirements
  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
