Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Specialist to support the hiring process and help identify qualified candidates for various roles, particularly positions involving work with children. In this role, you will be responsible for posting job openings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding and documentation. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively to ensure they are a good fit for the role and the organization. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working within established processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews, particularly for roles involving work with children.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and required documentation.
  • Evaluate candidates to ensure they are a strong fit for positions working with children.
  • Follow client training and adhere to established paperwork and internal processes.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when screening candidates for roles working with children.
  • Prior experience in recruiting or human resources.
  • Comfortable conducting candidate interviews.
  • Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent personality and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident approach.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for at least four hours, specifically 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% remote work.
  • Compensation in USD.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours weekly.
