Position Overview

As an Internal Communications Analyst at Wizeline, you will play an essential role in supporting our internal communication initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our messages are clear, engaging, and effectively reach our employees at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Create internal communication assets, including emails, Slack messages, and other content directed at Wizeline employees.
• Support the creation, organization, and review of Wizeline's newsletter using Mailchimp.
• Analyze internal communication data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to create compelling communication materials that resonate with internal stakeholders.
• Summarize and analyze information to distill key messages effectively.
• Engage with internal audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of impactful communication strategies.
• Assist with the planning and execution of internal events and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Exceptional writing skills with an eye for detail and clarity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize and interpret information effectively.
• Sensitivity and awareness when communicating with internal audiences.
• Familiarity with communication tools, especially Mailchimp and Slack, is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
