Your Day-to-Day
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks in assigned teams' systems, tools and processes that may impact value delivery.
- Knows the mission and objectives of the vertical and ensures that the EMs in the vertical know it as well.
- Visualization and traceability of the product backlog and portfolio providing tools and guiding the team to achieve this with a lean and iterative approach whenever possible.
- Building a comfortable and motivating work environment, making the necessary adjustments considering the management of people, processes and technology from a servant leadership and data-oriented approach.
- Identifying the key parts of a project and the roles needed to carry it out.
- Ensuring the existence of clear assigned objectives, a strategy and a roadmap within each team aligned with the needs of customers and stakeholders and providing tools for linking them to the budget.
- Monitor the execution of the strategy and processes and manage and alert any deviation from the plan.
- Creation and configuration of new teams, optimizing their onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Definition of improvement plans and maintenance of a high-performance culture taking into account the health and effectiveness data of your teams, being responsible for reducing turnover.
- Management of organizational changes in your teams, informing, adapting the structure and its objectives.
- Responsibility for the activities of several EM exercising in several development teams representing a set of services/products.
- Communicate and ensure the execution of plans and proposals to lead to action and decision making to peers and superiors.
- Influence and promote best practices in matters that impact your area.
- Define a one-to-one strategy in the team and ensure the professional career of its members in collaboration with partner companies.
- Ensure a fluid communication and collaboration strategy with the company's enabler teams, avoiding blocking any ongoing initiative.
- Work with the EMs of the vertical to understand the current situation of the teams and provide coaching/mentoring.
- Implementation of optimal development lifecycle process and operational best practices in your area with a positive impact on the rest of the organization.
- Understanding the decisions that can cause your system architecture to become complex. Helping to unlock engineers and development teams.
- Define and exploit performance and individual satisfaction metrics.
- Act on information about the culture and behaviors of your team’ partner companies..
- Define and pilot performance and individual satisfaction metrics.
- Identify and correct any element within the development lifecycle that may impair the delivery of the functional and technical quality within the established deadlines and with a motivated team.
- Establish efficient communication channels for both internal and external team communication (OKRs, performance, roadmap, KPIs, costs ) within the framework of the organization’s strategy.

Must-have Skills
- Experience starting projects/products from their initial ideation phase and leading solutions when they go through complex situations.
- Ability to work on conflict resolution within teams and actively manage conflicts between teams.
- Ability to identify where system architecture solutions can be simplified or optimized.
- Knowledge of good engineering practices in the industry.
- Ability to filter useful and key information with impact on ongoing projects.
- Knowledge of team and product Metrics that will result in continuous improvement in the team.
- Experience supporting stakeholders, user and Product Owner to foster proper communication within and outside the team.
- Experience in developing continuous integration models.
- Conflict mediation and team support through different dynamics.

- Supporting and empowering the different roles in the team.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.
