The Role: Recruiter

Wizeline is looking for a world class Technical Recruiter to help grow its Team in Argentina. We want candidates with experience hiring in several IT specialties. The main goal of the Technical Recruiter will be to attract the best talent from all over the world to come join our team.

Your Day-to-Day

Here's what you'll be doing in your day-to-day work:

• Manage the end-to-end talent selection process in Argentina. From Sourcing, Phone Screening, Scheduling interviews, and Onsite preparing and presenting offers and closing requisitions, partnering with IT and People.
• Build multi-channel sourcing of passive and active candidates, including agency orchestration if needed.
• Create a baseline pipeline and digital bench for Engineering profiles
• Collaborate with Capacity-Workforce planning to understand talent business needs and source profiles accordingly.
• Communicating continuously and efficiently with organizational stakeholders; providing regular updates regarding hiring progress, challenges, and blockers.

Must-have Skills

• You have a related university diploma, and 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• A desire to be part of a company with a strong sense of purpose and aggressive growth plans.
• Ability to manage pressure and perform with tight deadlines.
• Ability to plan to achieve a strategic objective as well as flex to address immediate needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills able to communicate in English and Spanish
• Experience working in an international setting
