The candidate is expected to be highly self-motivated and to be proactive in improving their knowledge base and skills as an operator. They will be expected in time to be instructors, so abilities to teach and lead are required.

- Clean Driving Licence
- A can-do attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of competency of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
