A bit about the role

As our Senior NetSuite Consultant & Integration Specialist, you are the strategic architect of our operational excellence. You won't just be "maintaining" an ERP; you will lead the implementation, optimisation, and integration of NetSuite solutions that power our global business—from Financials, to Inventory and Procurement.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into seamless, scalable technical designs. We are particularly focused on driving efficiency through automation, and we’re looking for a consultant who can identify those "next-gen" opportunities to keep our workflows ahead of the curve.

Strategic Advisory & Optimisation

  • Architecting the Future: You’ll contribute to the strategic roadmap for our ERP environment, ensuring all implementations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our 5-year vision.
  • Consulting & Recommendations: You’ll act as an internal advisor, identifying and proposing high-impact opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through advanced ERP optimizations and automation.

Integration Architecture & Planning

  • Designing the Ecosystem: You’ll apply deep expertise in integration platforms (like Workato, Netsuite, or Boomi) and web services to design and manage the data flow between our ERP and other technical solutions.
  • Risk Mitigation: You’ll lead the technical requirement-gathering process, proactively identifying and creating mitigation plans for complex integration challenges to ensure zero disruption to the business.

Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentorship: You’ll guide and mentor internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to leverage new system enhancements effectively.
  • Championing Best Practices: You’ll stay at the forefront of NetSuite, Workato, and ERP industry trends, sharing your knowledge to ensure we are always utilizing the system to its full potential.

Execution & Complex Problem Solving

  • System Mastery: You’ll independently manage the configuration of key modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management) to meet evolving business needs.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: You’ll systematically diagnose and resolve high-level technical issues, designing robust reconciliation and exception-handling processes to maintain 100% data integrity.

AI-Enabled Solutions

  • Feature Deployment: Lead the implementation of solutions with a focus on using AI to empower your own work and automate complicated workflows.
  • Process Re-engineering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process re-engineering.
  • Intelligent Performance Management: Use AI tools and systems to detect trends, anomalies, and correlations in financial data for faster forecasting.

  • Senior-Level Expertise: You have extensive experience in NetSuite and ERP consulting or high-level in-house administration, with a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes (Finance, and Supply Chain).
  • Integration Specialist: You are a pro at architecting seamless data flows and managing complex integrations with third-party applications.
  • AI & Automation Driven: You have a natural curiosity for how AI can reduce manual toil within your own workflows and ERP workflows and are eager to implement these solutions.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can translate "tech-speak" into clear business value for stakeholders at all levels and disciplines.
  • Independent Driver: You thrive in a remote-first environment, self-managing your time to deliver high-stakes projects with minimal guidance.
