Our mission is to streamline transportation, freeing up drivers to provide top-notch service to their customers hassle-free.
We're looking for a part-time Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.
Responsibilities of Dispute Resolution Specialist :
- Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to gather all necessary information and evidence.
- Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer chargebacks and disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Engage in effective communication through calls and emails related to disputes and negotiations.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on process improvements to increase chargeback recovery ratio.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level)
- Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal certification or a related field.
- Previous experience in chargeback and dispute resolution, preferably in Stripe.
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
