As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will support the intake, and tracking, of union grievances related to pay, timekeeping, classification, retroactive corrections, dues/fringe deductions, and contract interpretation. You will also develop datasets to ensure accurate retro calculations and payment execution, and establish manual procedures to support union corrections across multiple systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. labor relations, union payroll operations, or related HR/Payroll compliance roles
- Experience with union retro/true-up calculations, dues and fringe processing, or collective bargaining agreement application
- Experience with Enterprise HR/Payroll systems (SAP, ADP) and timekeeping systems such as CATS/CADO/UKG
