Lead the Future of AI in Healthcare
WestCX is looking for a VP, Product to shape the next generation of AI-driven healthcare software and orchestration platforms. This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of product strategy, commercial impact, and AI innovation — bringing intelligent, enterprise-grade solutions to a complex and highly regulated industry.
As a senior executive and member of the C-Suite, you will define the product vision, guide portfolio strategy, and help build the operating model that enables WestCX to move faster, think bigger, and deliver more value to customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our products not only keep pace with AI innovation, but set the standard for how AI is applied safely, responsibly, and effectively in healthcare.
This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strategic vision, technical fluency, and commercial instinct — someone who knows how to turn emerging technology into differentiated products, measurable outcomes, and lasting business value.
What You’ll Build and Lead
- Own the long-term product vision for WestCX’s AI-native platform portfolio and translate enterprise strategy into a focused, actionable roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape business priorities and ensure product strategy drives growth, customer value, and market differentiation.
- Lead full product-line P&L ownership, including revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing and packaging, investment decisions, and commercial business cases.
- Drive discovery, prototyping, and delivery of AI/ML capabilities across agentic workflows, LLM-based products, and predictive solutions for clinical and operational use cases.
- Use modern Generative AI tools, including Claude Code and similar frameworks, to accelerate prototyping, feature development, requirements translation, and execution.
- Help architect and scale AI-driven systems using orchestration and agentic frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, n8n, or similar technologies.
- Work across Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Security, Operations, Commercial, and Go-to-Market teams to bring products to market with speed, quality, and precision.
- Establish an AI-native product operating model that improves velocity while upholding enterprise standards for quality, privacy, security, and compliance.
- Partner with legal, privacy, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI deployment in regulated healthcare environments.
- Champion test-driven AI engineering practices, including evaluation frameworks, observability, modular architecture, and release discipline.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product organization, developing talent across Product Management, Design, Analytics, and AI-native roles.
- Maintain deep insight into healthcare workflows, customer needs, market trends, and regulatory shifts to inform roadmap, strategy, and differentiation.

What You Bring
- 8+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI-enabled enterprise environments.
- Proven ownership of, or strong influence over, product-line P&L including revenue growth, pricing and packaging, margin improvement, and portfolio investment decisions.
- Deep experience with AI/ML and Generative AI, including hands-on leadership of LLM-based product capabilities.
- Practical fluency with modern GenAI development tools such as Claude Code and similar frameworks, and a track record of using them to accelerate iteration and delivery.
- Strong technical depth and the ability to partner effectively with engineering and data science teams on RAG systems, agentic orchestration, evaluation pipelines, model risk management, secure architecture, and modular system design.
- Experience working with or productizing orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, n8n, or similar technologies.
- A disciplined approach to AI quality, including testing, observability, security, and release governance in enterprise environments.
- A strong record of building high-performing teams, leading cross-functional change, and operating effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
