About the Role

Welcome seeks an experienced Head of B2C Growth to spearhead our global B2C marketing efforts. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing primarily on SEO, CRM, and performance marketing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our B2C presence worldwide, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize customer interactions and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the B2C marketing team, championing strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet global expansion goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies across SEO, content, CRM, performance marketing, and social media.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse marketing professional team, fostering a high performance culture and continuous growth.
  • Leverage analytics and data insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and enhance ROI.
  • Oversee a sizable marketing budget, ensuring strategic and efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact across channels.
  • Regularly assess, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on ad spend.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention rates and long-term engagement.
  • Stay informed about marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2C marketing roles, with a proven track record in SEO, CRM, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in hands-on execution of marketing strategies, showcasing the ability to manage key marketing initiatives and campaigns directly.
  • Experience in leading a team of 5+ members, with demonstrable success in achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets over 2 million EUR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven skills in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Analytical Thinking & Data-Driven Mindset with a strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Expert-level knowledge in SEO, CRM, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies while engaging in hands-on execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting strategies and results.
  • A flair for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns efficiently.
  • Bonus Skills: Proficiency in advanced marketing tools such as Braze, Looker, Talon.One, and Digioh, demonstrated through significant growth and customer engagement.
