eCornell offers more than 100 Certificates in a wide range of topics, including leadership and management, data science, engineering, marketing, technology, human resources, healthcare, hospitality and more. New programs are being launched constantly. Short courses (most are 2-weeks) with small cohorts are designed to be interactive, and to help learners gain skills they can immediately apply in their organizations.

As a credible expert with applied experience in Leadership, the eCornell Course Facilitator plays a key role in delivering the value of the eCornell courses. Along with content from Cornell University faculty, high-production value courses, the Course Facilitators round out the complete learning experience for students.
We are currently seeking additional facilitators for certificates in Leadership disciplines with a specific focus on the following:
- Hospitality Leadership
- Performance Leadership
- Psychology of Leadership
Hired eCornell Course Facilitators will:
Become Cornell University part-time casual employees, with flexible course facilitation assignments throughout the year.
Be provided with extensive onboarding support before being assigned courses.
Share their applied experience in the field with working adults from around the world.
Encourage the sharing of reflection and information by students using online platforms.
Leverage online tools/platforms to encourage learning through analysis, reflection, and interaction.
Assess and provide relevant feedback for students on assignments.
Collaborate with appropriate eCornell staff to contribute to continuous improvement and student engagement as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant graduate degree from a regionally-accredited (or Non-US equivalent) and five or more years exempt-level HR-related experience in fields relevant to the program area(s) of interest OR relevant baccalaureate degree and 10 or more years of relevant exempt-level leadership experience.
Leadership, management, generalist and/or specialist experience in an Executive Leadership role.
Internal consulting experience and coaching expertise.
Comfortable using technology effectively for communication, instruction, and/or coaching.
Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Preferred qualifications include:
Coaching and/or Consulting-related certification.
People management experience and expertise.
Online instructional experience and expertise.

These positions are remote, which means you can be located anywhere within the U.S. All work must be conducted in the U.S.
The eCornell Course Facilitators are casual, non-benefits eligible positions.
The positions are exempt positions, and are thus not available as an additional appointment for current Cornell University non-exempt employees.
