We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives in the Forex and Crypto trading space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proven experience in scaling financial services businesses, especially in the highly competitive Forex and cryptocurrency markets. This role will play a critical part in identifying growth opportunities, forming key partnerships, and driving revenue through new client acquisition and channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business development strategy for expanding the company’s footprint in Forex and Crypto markets.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), brokers, trading firms, and financial institutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and onboarding.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and drive recurring business.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in Forex and Crypto sectors.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide detailed reports on pipeline development, market feedback, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships roles, preferably in Forex, Crypto, FinTech, or Financial Services domains.
- Deep understanding of Forex trading, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and related regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day execution.
- Existing network in the Forex and/or Crypto space is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in an agile and entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience with trading platforms, brokerage firms, or crypto exchanges.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in global Forex and digital asset markets.
