Location: Remote
Stipend: Upto 15,000 INR (Fixed + Variable)
Duration: 6 months (Potential for extension based on performance and mutual agreement)
Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM IST

Requirements
Interviews are the backbone of any hiring, as an ops intern you will be playing a crucial role at Weekday (YC-21) in ensuring zero no-shows and maintaining the interview completion rate of 90%. You will work closely with our major clients based in the US, ensuring that their interview needs are met efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our interview scheduling process and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a 90% interview completion rate for the scheduled candidates through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise by proactively communicating with the interviewers & candidates.
Ensuring the candidates in interviews know fully about the company & JD they’ve applied for.
Work with our dynamic scheduling team to efficiently schedule/re-schedule interviews ensuring smooth coordination between clients and candidates for suitable interview times.
