REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous
Ideal requirements
- ISP experience will be advantageous
- Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
