We’re seeking a strategic and organized Advisor Marketing Manager |Enablement to lead and develop a team of 8 Marketing Specialists dedicated to delivering Wealth Enhancement's Premium+ (Paid Marketing Program).

The Managerensuresthe program is delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with growthobjectives.In addition, this leader serves as the departmental point person for Canva workflow and approvals, helpingmaintainbrand standards and streamline collaboration between Advisor Marketing and Creative.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring clarity, decisiveness,strong communication, and a bias toward action and iteration over perfection.

The Manager willbe responsible forbuilding, scaling, and evolving the Premium+ offering to ensure it is impactful, repeatable, and sustainable across advisor teams. They will also contribute as part of theAdvisor Marketing leadership team, collaborating across the department to support enterprise-wide initiatives, special projects, and shared resources that enable advisor team success.

This is a fully remote position with occasional travel (up to 15%).

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions

Program Ownership and Evolution

  • Lead strategic oversight of the Premium+ (Paid Marketing) Program; build scalable, repeatable frameworks that enhance advisor team growth and client experience.

  • Continuously evolve the offering by gathering advisor feedback, piloting enhancements, and aligning with firm-wide marketing initiatives.

  • Use the program as a test-and-learn environment for new ideas and roll proven approaches into the Advisor Marketing Playbook

  • Manages marketing enablement by handling pitching and onboarding processes for newly joined advisor teams, working closely with M&A integration partners.

  • Ensure team adheres to recommended marketing plans as defined in partnership with the advisor team andmarketing specialistwhile staying within budget.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Serve as a member of the Advisor Marketing leadership team, contributing to departmental strategy, decision-making, and team culture.

  • Collaborate across Advisor Marketing and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless program execution.

  • Act as point of contact for Canva workflow alignment with Creative.

  • Support Advisor Marketing initiatives beyond Premium+ as needed, including campaign enhancements, intranet oversight, case studies, and toolkit development.

Team Development

  • Directly manage and develop a team of8-10marketing professionals,made up ofMarketing Specialists.

  • Create SOPs and processes to ensure consistent, scalable, and impactful support across all regions.

  • Drive readiness through training, coaching, and adoption of internal systems and marketing platforms.

  • Foster a culture that is collaborative, candid, and fun, while also engaging in open conversations to drive growth or protect team.

  • Drives teams to adopt best practices, technology, centralized WEG offerings, and to streamline marketing offerings

Reporting Insights and Accountability

  • Deliver actionable insights and reporting on program performance, ROI, and advisor team outcomes.

  • Lead Salesforce campaign tracking and marketing performance dashboards to measure growth, adoption, and engagement.

  • Maintain intranet resources and support updates to Salesforce support org, ensuring systems stay current and user-friendly.

  • Establish accountability mechanisms for the Regional Marketing Specialists and advisor teams to ensure marketing activities align with growth goals.

  • Research and stay informed on ideas within and outside the industry to make recommendations and bring new ideas to advisor teams.

  • Solicits requirements from advisor teams for enhanced client experience and growth (technology, content & process)

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisory practice marketing.

  • 3+ years people management experience with proven success in coaching and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong understanding of wealth management business operations, with expertise in at least two of the following: financial planning, client acquisition, practice management, business operations, marketing, or project management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills — with strengths in consulting, pitching, and building trust.

  • Technology savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, Canva, Wistia, FMG Suite, Wrike, and related platforms.

  • Ability to travel up to15%to support advisor team engagements and corporate events.

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Manager level is $95,300.00 to $152,500.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
