Machine Learning Scientist

We're a financial institution making Africa the first cashless continent. We're solving the problem of financial exclusion by building financial services that just work. We're looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to join our product support team to help us achieve our mission.

Requirements

• 5 years of ML experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries
• Solid theoretical foundation in stats and ML
• Experience working with voice agents
• Proven hands-on experience building with LLMs or NLP systems
• Experience taking ML models from prototype to production
