WATI is leading the next paradigm shift in CPaaS computing and is looking for world-class candidates to join our–partnership team. As an Account Executive for WATI, your responsibilities will include building and driving the strategy to increase adoption, and market penetration with partners and build long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a business development/sales background that enables them to engage at all levels of a partner organization, including C-levels of the business and IT. He/She will also demonstrate a sound technical competency focused on the IT landscape and cloud computing. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a coverage plan business objectives

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be a hunter, identify ICP > qualify the partner > recruit the partner.
  • Develop a long-term strategic relationships with key partners at the C-levels of Business & IT.
  • Identify and develop strong executive connections with key ISVs / Affiliate / Tech partners and define joint GTM propositions.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
  • Provide first level MIS and Partner on-boarding support.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around WATI products.
  • Possess high technical ability to explain (not implement) CPAAS, give end WATI product demo, understand and address 1st level of support to partners.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team on a Weekly/Qtrly basis.
  • Consistently exceeded key performance metrics and OKRs.

Requirements

  • The right person will possess 4 -6 years experience in partner management with focus on ISV/Tech/SI/Agency partner types.
  • Hands-on experience in India and APAC markets with exposure in the LATAM market.
  • A good knowledge of the domain and product is key to success.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, CPaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Connects and the ability to influence at a senior level.
