We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Research Executive to join our Neuroscience team, working with some of our biggest clients from globally renowned companies to innovative brands.

With a keen interest in Neuroscience, you’ll be looking to explore new ideas and research techniques within this science. You’ll apply neuroscience approaches across a wide variety of challenges, working collaboratively with our sector teams and other areas of scientific expertise. You will also work closely with the brand and comms team.

You’ll get to use a variety of methodologies to really go the extra mile for our clients. We have a very strong team ethos with a focus on learning and development, so you will be supported as well as given lots of opportunity to grow and be challenged.

Our ideal candidate will have real-world expertise in Market Research in either a commercial or public sector and a genuine passion for Neuroscience. You will possess a compelling curiosity to delve deep into our client's strategic concerns, transform discoveries into influential insights, and cultivate lasting relationships with our valued clients.

We offer Hybrid working, which for us is a blend of working remotely and in either our London or Winchester office up to twice a week. It’s all about choosing the best place to be for you, your team, and the business on any given working day.

In this role you will get to:

  • Plan and manage research projects efficiently and creatively.
  • Create engaging presentations, analysing results with some reporting to clients.
  • Learn and implement our neuroscience approaches including implicit testing, EEG, GSR and Eye Tracking.
  • Have lots of variety across quantitative methodologies, plus scope to get involved in mixed method projects.
  • Be involved in collating proposals, joining pitches (and contributing when appropriate) and supporting the teams growth activities with existing and new clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams, providing direction and communicating project information.
  • Have a willingness to get involved with training, innovation and other company initiatives and make your own mark.
  • Learn about the role of neuroscience and behavioural science within research and receive support in applying these techniques.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • An established Senior Research Executive (Quantitative) with experience gained either agency or client-side, or an experienced RE looking for development.
  • A keen interest in Neuroscience/Neuromarketing and it’s uses in Market Research.
  • A motivated self-starter, approaching tasks with a determined mindset and eagerness to learn from new challenges.
  • You’ll understand different research techniques and have a passion for exploring new ideas and facing challenges.
  • Eager to jump in, have a can-do attitude and relish the chance to tackle new challenges.
  • Naturally inquisitive, genuinely interested in understanding human behaviour and investigating it.
  • A clear communicator, enjoying interaction with people and working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A problem solver, approaching challenges creatively and striving to find solutions.
  • Highly organised, paying strong attention to detail and demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptable, comfortable working in various industries, projects, and with different research methodologies.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work autonomously as well as playing your part as a member of a high-performing team.
  • A creative spark and a real desire to make data tell a story.
