Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide. We operate with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement, directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network. This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.
What you'll do...
- Oversee all aspects of global contractor earnings operations, designing and implementing strategies, systems, and standards that ensure payments areaccurate,timely, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
- Drive process standardization and operational excellence by developing comprehensive SOPs,establishingperformance metrics, andleveragingautomation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce errors at scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with technology, finance, and compliance teams to ensure that earnings processes are fully aligned with organizational strategy,maintaininga proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes.
- Implement robust data governance by defining master data strategies, setting metadata standards, and collaborating to ensure contractor earnings data isaccurate, transparent, and secure.
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction for a high-performing team, focusing on coaching, development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.
Whatyou’llbring...
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in contractor earnings operationsorfinancial disbursements, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-scale, complex operations.
- Deepexpertisein contractor compliance—including U.S. and global reporting—and a strongtrack recordof implementing oroptimizingtechnology solutions that support operational scalability and regulatory adherence.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data governance, compliance, and technology, with the ability to solve complex problems and implement sustainable, enterprise-wide improvements.
- Strong operational excellence mindset, with hands-on experience using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to standardize workflows, drive measurable improvements, and minimize organizational risk.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, build effective partnerships, and drive a culture rooted in integrity, ethics, and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
