Requirements
- 3+ years of expertise in Customer Support and User Support positions
- Knowledge and practical skills in installing and configuring Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian)
- Ability to configure network settings and Linux OS routing
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of network and web application information security
- Knowledge of Nginx and the HTTP protocol
- Understanding of the seven-layer OSI model
- Scripting skills in Bash, Perl, or Python
- Experience with Cloud environment
