Shape and oversee the strategic direction and market positioning of Optics and Eyefinity solutions.
Develop and manage the marketing and product marketing programs – both internal and external – for individual products, brands, strategic partners, and software platforms including lens products, lab locations, our clearinghouse platform, and practice management/electronic health record technology end-to-end solutions.
Direct all external Marketing campaigns and Communications strategies, including the development of value propositions, and go-to-market efforts.
Develop, execute, and track marketing efforts designed to increase demand (lead generation) drive sales, and improve brand awareness of materials and technology, such as lens and frame packages, ophthalmic lens designs/enhancements, retail strategies, and technology that enable the benefits authorization, eligibility, ordering and fulfillment of these vision solutions.
Drive cross-functional core teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase and improve product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee and leverage a wide array of channel marketing including execution of tradeshows, promotions, and sales enablement tools.
Use programs, tools, web analytics, and other marketing CRM platforms to track and improve marketing performance.
Work with business partners to integrate consumer activities into strong external programs aligned to support short and long-term marketing and branding strategies.
Coach and manage staff to ensure skills and knowledge is continually developed to meet future marketing and business needs; provide oversight of department activities such as planning, hiring, performance reviews and budgeting.
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to functional area
Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on EHR technology
Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
Five years in the optical industry, preferably the software and lens segment
Proven track record in brand development, project management skills with high impact, large-scale projects; demonstrated experience in driving organization change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
