Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding process and serve as connective tissue across all internal and external stakeholders during onboarding (e.g. Field Ops, Sales, Product/Eng, DOps, Market Ops, partner/customer site). Includes collecting documentation and data, building configurations, and collaborating to ensure they’re properly brought into our ecosystem
- Build, test, and iterate on project implementation plans for new project types, working with Product, and Operations teams to define project steps and timelines
- Ensure customers entering the market are informed and prepared to perform well
- Maintain existing partner accounts and relationships to ensure successful project delivery
- Work with internal Engineering, Product, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to help partners integrate with our platform and ensure successful customer participation

- Understand or are interested in the role of demand-side resources in energy markets
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing role(s)
- Excited to work remotely
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of the electric grid systems, markets, and technologies (preferred)
- Experience in EVs and infrastructure, energy storage, demand response and energy efficiency (preferred)
