Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team on technical matters
• Guide the team through complex technical challenges and architectural decisions
• Contribute to technology choices, solution design, and development
• Ensure code quality and adherence to modern development best practices
• Plan workloads, schedules, and effort estimations
• Actively participate in the development of new software functionalities
• Promote continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Support the growth and development of junior engineers
• Contribute to technical interviews and recruitment activities

Profile & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java / JEE development
• Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and modern frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
• Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL
• Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design, distributed systems)
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance development workflows, code quality, design decisions, troubleshooting, documentation, and team productivity
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and guide team members effectively
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and decisions
• Strong technical curiosity and continuous learning mindset
