Our client is seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator to drive customer retention and lifetime value through targeted digital communication, manage customer lifecycle journeys, and deliver high-performing email and SMS campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles
- Hands-on, intermediate to advanced proficiency using Klaviyo or a highly similar email platform
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and build reports
