About the Role:

Vercel’s talent team moves fast, thinks creatively, and acts with ownership. We’re looking for a Business Recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to hire exceptional go-to-market talent across sales, marketing, and other business-critical teams.

This isn’t a plug-and-play recruiting role. You’ll have the freedom to drive projects and iterate quickly, while partnering deeply with hiring managers to scale the teams driving Vercel’s next stage of growth. What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies, shape process, and calibrate on what great looks like.
  • Source, engage, and close high-performing candidates across a range of business roles.
  • Use data to identify friction points in pipeline or process and iterate quickly.
  • Deliver a thoughtful, candidate-first experience from outreach to offer.
  • Contribute to broader recruiting team strategy, tooling, and process as we scale.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong track record across sales, marketing, or other go-to-market roles.
  • You know how to close — especially in competitive markets where speed and candidate experience matter.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and operate with high ownership.
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles at once across functions and seniority levels.
  • Creative and resourceful sourcer who builds tight pipelines with high signal.
  • Clear communicator, trusted partner, and strong internal operator.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience, and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
