The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Product Owner to support and evolve our Player Account Management (PAM) ecosystem — the core platform that powers the entire player lifecycle. This role sits at the heart of our iGaming operations, ensuring that player experiences are seamless, secure, and scalable across all touchpoints.
As a PAM Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and continuous improvement of the internal tools that support our operational backbone at Ventures Lab. This includes systems such as Back Office, CMS, authentication and security tools, as well as platform monitoring solutions.
You will be part of a successful development team and work closely with a range of stakeholders — including brand managers, customer support, and compliance teams — to gather insights, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Your role will be to translate these needs into product enhancements and new features that strengthen our platform and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Development
- Manage and enhance the PAM ecosystem, ensuring smooth operation across all functions
- Build further functionalities in CMS to support operations efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services within the unified platform.
- Drive continuous improvement of system capabilities beyond basic account management.
Operational Efficiency
- Streamline workflows across marketing, customer support, and compliance teams.
- Ensure unified player profiles are accessible for efficient decision-making.
- Reduce operational friction through system integration and process optimisation
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a fast-paced, agile, digital environment
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criterias
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing user experience and conversion
- Hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and take initiative
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Comfortable investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
- Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products
Advantageous:
- Experience in Gaming, Forex, or Crypto industries
- Experience working on customer onboarding and conversion flows
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product-focused certification
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones
