Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a designer to join our design team and be responsible for our design projects. You will also need to coordinate with the market team and design team towards producing high-quality designs. To be successful as a graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop original and visually appealing designs, including illustrations, infographics, and layouts for both print and digital media.
• Apply advanced typography techniques to enhance design elements.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Utilize image editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for hands-on design work.
• Demonstrate proficiency in design software, including InDesign, to create and refine design deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest design tools and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and other designers, to understand project requirements and goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the smooth flow of information and collaboration.
• Combine various colors, fonts, and layouts to create designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Pay meticulous attention to visual details, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in design output.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining project timelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project scopes, timelines, and client expectations.
• Assist in coordinating resources and efforts to ensure efficient project workflow.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successfully completed design projects.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient in design software, such as InDesign.
• Strong aesthetic skills, demonstrating an ability to harmonize colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Attention to visual details and a keen eye for design excellence.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively within a team, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
