At Vanta, we're looking for a Salesforce Architect to own the technical architecture of our Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. The role involves designing and owning the technical architecture that powers Vanta's GTM motion, partnering with GTM Operations, EPD, Product, and business leaders across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in solution design, platform architecture, data modeling, and integrations
- 3+ years leading technical teams with a track record of developing technical talent
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flow, and declarative automation
- Strong experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes with tools like Gearset, with focus on automation and developer productivity
- Proven ability to design complex integrations with third-party systems, internal platforms, and product APIs
- Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions, self-service workflows, and automated provisioning
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and governance best practices
- Experience with integration platforms (Workato, n8n, or similar) and modern DevOps practices
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) strongly preferred
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
