Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday. This position is remote. Applicants hired into this position can work from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to:
- Follow up with third party payers and patients on outstanding account balances (including credit balances) to facilitate prompt resolution of outstanding account balances.
- Verify patient coverage information and update registration as required.
Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum – Two years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or clinic operations role
Preferred –
- Epic Experience
- Three years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle, specific to area of expertise (i.e. transplant, research, or client billing)
