This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is remote.

We are seeking a Reimbursement Representative to:
- Follow up with third party payers and patients on outstanding account balances (including credit balances) to facilitate prompt resolution of outstanding account balances.
- Verify patient coverage information and update registration as required.
- Epic experience
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, CPT, ICD coding structures, and billing forms (UB, 1500)
Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in an insurance, finance, medical, hospital, or customer service related field.
Preferred –
- Revenue Cycle (healthcare business, financial or insurance) experience.
