Uptime.com is seeking a talented and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Engineer to join our remote team. As a Marketing Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, implementing advanced tracking and analytics solutions, and supporting the marketing team in leveraging technology to drive growth and improve ROI.

You will work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs, recommend and implement marketing tools and platforms, and provide expertise in marketing automation, CRM integrations, and data analysis. Requirements

  • Experience in marketing technology or marketing operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools, including marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement and customize tracking codes and marketing tools.
  • Experience in implementing and managing marketing campaigns, including tracking, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues with marketing technology systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.
  • Experience with website analytics, SEO, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing processes is preferred.
