Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) located in Latin America to help us generate revenue opportunities by setting meetings through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. This role requires persistence, creativity, and strong communication skills to engage prospects and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (social media, networking events, industry publications).

  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads.

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Assess the potential of leads by conducting needs analysis and understanding their business objectives.

  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and techniques.

Qualifications

Technical skills:

  • Skilled in initiating conversations via cold calling and handling objections effectively.

  • Ability to qualify leads and set revenue-generating meetings.

  • Crafting persuasive, personalized email sequences for outreach.

  • Understanding of A/B testing and optimization for engagement.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.

  • Competence in maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics.

  • Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.

  • Developing multi-touch strategies to engage stakeholders across channels.

  • Ability to use dashboards and analytics tools for performance tracking.

Soft skills:

  • Personable and engaging over the phone.

  • Native-level English proficiency.

  • Strong process adherence and ability to close consistently.

  • Willingness to innovate and try new approaches.

  • Persistence and resilience in handling objections.

Bonus skills:

  • Leveraging AI-driven platforms for prospect list generation and personalized messaging.

  • Familiarity with automation tools to streamline outreach processes.

  • Basic understanding of interpreting engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
