In 2021, UBI successfully launched its unique handheld wine analyzer called Sentia™ to test and measure six assays, routinely performed in the wine production process. In 2022, UBI launched Xprecia Prime™ in the EU and UK, the next-generation blood coagulation analyzer which replaces Xprecia Stride®. Xprecia Prime™ launched in the US in 2024 following a successful FDA 510(k) approval and CLIA waiver. UBI launched PETRACKR® in May 2023, a veterinary blood glucometer to monitor diabetes in cats and dogs. These products will complement UBI’s existing Canadian blood testing laboratory Hemostasis Reference Lab (HRL).
