What success looks like in this role:

• Ser profesional en ingeneria de sistemas, telecomunicaciones o afines.
• Responsabilidad en analisis de requerimientos.
• Experiencia 4 - 5 años en analisis de negocio en service now.
• Analisis de requerimientos en service desk, mesas de ayuda, gestión de inicdentes y relacionados.
• Capacidad en eestructurar estrategias, cumplimiento de SLA, indicadores.
• Realizar mejoras en el analisis, de procesos en Service now.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
