We need an English-fluent POSITION'S NAME, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Localization Frameworks and implement dynamic translation solutions in
• ServiceNow.
• Implement FSM (Field Service Management) solutions, ensuring efficient field service
• operations, workforce management, and service automation within ServiceNow.
• Configure and optimize S2P (Source to Pay) processes, including procurement
• automation, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Provide guidance on best practices for localization, translation setups, and module
• implementations.
• Ensure seamless integration of localization solutions into client environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them
• with technical solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, Localization Frameworks, and dynamic translation.
• Must have an active ServiceNow certification.
• Proven expertise in FSM (Field Service Management), and S2P (Source to Pay).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Ability to explain technical expertise clearly in relevant ServiceNow modules.
  
• Prior experience working in teams of varying sizes is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Full-time position (32 hours per week).

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
