Quality Assurance Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our UniQue team in Brussels.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
• Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
• IS Quality control and evaluation.
• Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
• Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests.
• Advice on quality improvements.
• Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
• Coordination of test campaigns.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Have a minimum a Bachelor's degree
• Have at least 6 years of professional experience, out of which 3 in quality assurance or testing
• Experience with reading and understanding technical documentation (e.g. UML diagrams, User Stories, Domain Model)
• Expertise with IT testing strategies and automated test solutions
• Good knowledge of defining test scopes
• Experience with the different types of test cases
• Good knowledge with automated-testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, WebdriverIO
• Experience in defining, preparing and managing test data
• Expertise in the use of wiki and collaborative sites
• Experience with preparing user support documentation
• Understanding of Browser Developer Tools
• Familiarity with MS Teams, IntelliJ, JIRA, Enterprise Architect tools
• Familiarity with Agile and PM2@EC metholdology
• Good knowledge of domain driven architecture, test driven development, continuous integration
• Proficiency in English language
