What will you be doing in this role?
- Analyze and document business requirements
- Perform business model and process analysis
- Model business processes using industry-standard techniques
- Analyze functional requirements and business cases
- Conduct risk assessments
- Support the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 13 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 9 years of experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with BPMN and UML
- At least 5 years of experience with SQL and conceptual data model design
- At least 5 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq
- At least 5 years of experience in requirements elicitation
- At least 2 years of experience working with Jira
- Good knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams)
- Good knowledge of wiki platforms and collaborative tools
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile)
- Strong ability to prepare and draft business analysis documentation
- Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
- Good knowledge of information systems matters.
- BABOK certification is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
