This company is a fast-growing executive search firm that partners with venture-backed startups across the U.S. They're looking for a proactive and fast-learner Junior Talent Sourcer to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

Requirements

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Send outreach messages
• Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration
• Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements
• Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM
• Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
