Requirements
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Send outreach messages
- Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration
- Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements
- Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM
- Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
