Twilio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 3 to join the Programmable Voice Support Team in the APAC region. The role involves providing exceptional technical support to customers via various channels, troubleshooting voice connectivity issues, and collaborating with teams for improvements. This is a 24/7, weekend-available position in a remote India setting.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of client-facing technical experience
- Experience with SIP and IP Telephony protocols
- Experience troubleshooting VoIP and SIP issues
- Ability to address customer concerns and provide feedback
- Experience with QoS issues
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API's
- 3rd-level Computer Science degree or relevant experience
