Senior Manager, Machine Learning

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Machine Learning to join our Conversation Memory team. This is a critical role in leveraging our massive data ecosystem to build foundational platform capabilities for conversational AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, technical expertise, and strategic direction to drive rapid iteration, experimentation, and deployment of models.

Requirements

• Collaborate with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams
• Contribute hands-on technical expertise while providing strategic direction and mentorship
• Establish a high-performing engineering setup
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes, tooling, and infrastructure
• Actively monitor the ML and AI landscape
• Recruit, manage, and develop a diverse team of Machine Learning Engineers
• Define and track key performance indicators
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks
