You will be responsible for managing and developing the regionally based sales team for our client’s Residential, Light Commercial and High Security products. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence by building strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s position as a leader in the security industry. Your primary goal will be to develop new markets and ensure the sales team meets their targets. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of developing successful sales teams. Ideal candidates will be experienced sales managers in the fencing or perimeter security industry, a thought leader, and a motivator. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategies
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
• Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets
• Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives
• Train, develop, and motivate the sales team
• Work with end users, contractors, and specifiers to support brand expansion
• Coordinate with Estimators and Project Coordinators to ensure proper quotes
• Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives
• Provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market positioning
• Conduct regular performance evaluations
• Implement training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and account management practices

- 8+ years of Outside Sales or Business Development experience required
• 3+ years of sales management (at least 2 direct reports) experience required
• 2+ years of Perimeter Security, Fencing, or related industry experience experience required
