[Remote] Dispatcher/Technician (Compactor & Baler equipment exp req) Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from intake to completion
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
  • Triage and dispatch technicians as needed
  • Communicate with vendors and clients via phone and email
