Director of Legal Operations Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual calendar for operational objectives
  • Manage accountability charts, scorecards, and KPIs
  • Handle financial and resource budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor revenue generator productivity and workflow
  • Oversee departmental people, processes, and technology
  • Establish and monitor productivity and workflow management systems
  • Drive the adoption and refinement of cutting-edge technologies
  • Establish and rigorously test core processes and policies
  • Manage and track strategic operational projects
  • Oversee facilities management, including security and emergency preparedness

Director of Legal Operations Qualifications

• 5+ years of Legal Operations Management experience required
  • 5+ years of working with executive leadership experience required
  • Project Management and Change Management experience required
  • Direct Supervisory or Management experience required
