Vice President, Sales – Genesys
We are presently seeking a Vice President, Sales for our Genesys business. This is a remote role based in the United States. Reporting to Global Sales Leader for TTEC Digital and working closely with the Genesys Practice Leader, the Vice President is responsible for developing and sustaining a winning sales team while focusing on go to market & pipeline execution. Leveraging our position as the North American Partner of the Year for Genesys, the Vice President generates business revenue by meeting sales targets and strategic initiative goals for our Genesys practice. You will make impact through developing sales strategies and account plans which drive profitability, growth, and account penetration while motivating and enabling a team of Account Executives to sell the integrated suite of TTEC Digital products and offerings. What You Will Be Doing: · Management of a new logo pursuit sales team· Driving Growth in bookings, revenue, and margins to achieve higher than market growth rates in cloud contact center technologies and solutions.· Possess an in-depth understanding of the Genesys solution set· Developing executive level relationships with Genesys and within clients and leveraging TTEC senior executives in a strategic manner · Drive the appropriate sales disciplines to achieve the targeted results meeting and exceeding all sales goals and quotas· Be a highly collaborative leader representing the TTEC Digital business, in partnership with leaders of services and operations, across all TTEC businesses · Maintains competitive knowledge and focus providing industry expertise and thought leadership· Foster a collaborative, team-based environment which attracts high-performing AEs and actively participate in the sourcing, hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of AEs.· Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure best in class client sales to delivery experience What You Bring to The Role · 10+ years of sales management experience, with experience in the Genesys sales channel· Significant experience developing a winning team by balancing an inspirational leadership approach with careful attention to metrics, behaviors, and data which drive sales success.· Proven track record of driving joint business results through Genesys relationships.· Experience managing people in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.· Experience developing, monitoring and consistently exceeding organizational sales and budget goals· Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations influencing purchase and buying decisions· Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers· Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferredAbout UsTTEC Digital and our 1,800+ employees, pioneer engagement and growth solutions that fuel the exceptional customer experience (CX).
