About You:In this new role, you will support our customer-facing probate teams in navigating our customers’ probate cases. This includes identifying the proper forms to leverage and provide direction in overcoming unexpected roadblocks and document rejections. The person who fills this role will capture their learnings and contribute to our process documentation to help our team provide a best in class member experience . You will be expected to proactively problem solve, identifying core issues and using different resources like internal teams or correspondence with local jurisdictions and our attorney partners to solve said problems. Your ultimate goal is to continuously improve the processes and tools that provide a better experience for our customer-facing teams and the members they support.

About the Role:

  • Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of internal resources to support the internal probate teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and teams to identify, curate, and update relevant materials.
  • Work with legal to manage the development and collection of documents and instructions vital to the operations of the internal probate teams.
  • Regularly update and refine documents and instructions to align with evolving processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the probate operations team to develop and implement training programs for both new and existing team members related to internal resources, tools, and documentation.
  • Assist with the enablement, and team training, and provide ongoing maintenance of tools used by the probate teams, ensuring team members are proficient in utilizing technology to enhance their efficiency and capacity.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the enablement function.
  • Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of resources, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in an operations role
  • Must have prior probate experience (experience in CA, TX, or FL preferred)
  • Experience as a paralegal is a plus, but not required
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to project manage and track multiple tasks
  • Experience working collaboratively to achieve objectives
  • Able to take constructive feedback as a tool for professional growth
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and optimistic demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to deal well with change and ambiguity
  • Ability to manage your own time and work remotely with your manager, teammates, and members
  • Modern tech fluency, including the ability to manage your responsibilities using various communication platforms including Hubspot, GSuite, Guru, and more

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Our salary range for this position is $25 - $30 per hour
  • This is a six-month, full-time temporary position
